My faith in the Real Estate Industry has now been restored!! .. After having our property listed with another agent for a while and the property market on the downhill slide we decided to make the change to Buxton Chelsea "Such a Professional & Friendly Team" I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel & Michelle .. From the time they entered our property & spoke to us we knew we where on the right track!! It may have taken a little time to sell but we had Michelle on our side all the way .. she worked so hard and never lost faith in our property .. I must say a special thank you to her .. I would highly recommend Buxton Chelsea - Daniel Wright & his team to anyone out there looking to sell (or buy) property Thank you again guys .. "Happy Days" Pam & Shayne

Prior to reaching out to Daniel, we had our property on the market with another company. They delivered on none of the promises and did not understand customer centricity. Their approach lacked integrity and experience. The most compelling offer was 30% below our signed expectation. I terminated the contract with the agent. I approached Daniel through referral and was overwhelmed by the professionalism, guidance and counsel that ensured the best possible outcome. The sophistication around marketing, advertising and closing warm leads was absolutely first class and we sold the property within 4 weeks of engagement. Daniel was the catalyst for our success and achieving the desired selling price. He will be the only agent I engage with in future.

We engaged Daniel from Buxton Chelsea to sell our 3 townhouses in Seaford. Daniel, Tamara and Michelle were excellent to deal with, they were honest, reliable and made our selling experience nice and easy. Would highly recommend the team there.

Our experience with Daniel was terrific from the day we first met with him to discuss potentially selling our home, all the way to auction day and beyond. As this is not something we do every day, great communication and understanding of what was required of us, and of the process of selling was paramount. Daniel was always careful to explain all the different options available to us when going on to the market, and ensured that we understood everything that needed to be done for a successful sale. We even got a calendar listing all the key dates for the sale. We appreciated his timely feedback throughout the inspection period. Daniel and his team got us a great result when our home was successfully sold on the day of the auction. Thanks for all the great communication, organisation and professional approach taken to ensure a great outcome for us when selling our home.

I had a wonderful experience using Daniel and Tamara at buxton real estate in Chelsea to sell my house. They were helpful, available, hard working and encouraging through what is probably the most stressful experience of my life and they managed to get a great result in a downward turning market. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Daniel is a realistic, honest agent who gives your property sale his all. Daniel is professional at all times yet approachable. He is reliable at all times. We have bought and sold with Daniel in the past, and would do so again. We specifically chose Daniel for our recent sale. Thanks Daniel.

Very pleased with the services provided by Dan. Keeping us posted every step of the day. Recommended!

Thank you Daniel and staff for the hassle free sale of our property with an amazing result! Your knowledge and professionalism is second to none. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

I would not hesitate in recommending Daniel, Michelle and the team at Buxton Chelsea to anyone who is currently buying or selling their property. At all stages of the sale they impressed me with their passion and commitment. Their market knowledge and appraisal were spot on and Daniels experience showed as he explained how the local area was, the value of the property and how he thought the marketing stratergy should be run utilizing both printed media and the internet. All the open house days as well as the auction were very well run by Michelle and the Buxton team and we were very pleased with our outcome on the day. I definately will be using Buxtons for my next real estate adventure

Daniel, Michelle and Tamara were great to deal with getting a really good result for me on the sale of my place and the purchase of a new property, kept me informed though out both deals. Would not hesitate on advising you to use Buxton Chelsea.

Daniel, Michelle and Tamara where amazing to deal with, I will always recommended my family, friends and anyone else that listens to deal with Daniel and his crew. They were extremely helpful and there market knowledge was outstanding. Definitely the best agent in the area.

Daniel and the rest of the team at Buxton Chelsea are absolute professionals. Throughout the entire process we had total confidence that we had chosen the right agents to sell our house. Their knowledge of the local area is second to none, and their systems and processes that are in place are extremely efficient so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. The follow up with potential buyers and detailed reports that were provided each week gave us a real insight into the market and helped us make really informed decisions come auction day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel and Buxton Chelsea for anyone considering selling their house.
