Daniel did a great job and got a quick result

We had tried to sell with another agent but didn't receive a single offer that met our reserve. Then an auction was recommended and we didn't receive any bids. A costly exercise. We then engaged Daniel, and along with his team, they quickly generated a number of bids, two of which met our reserve. Great work, and happy to recommend to others.
