They set up a highly impressive marketing campaign which brought buyers from outside the area and created a lot of interest and competition between buyers on the day. Daniel and Jo read the play well because there was so much interest in the property they advised not to look at prior offers which ended off paying off dearly as the property was sold for $50,000 above my reserve price. Their follow up and communication was second to none and their systems and processes with me and the buyers made the whole sale very easy and stress free.
