Great Agent

Friendly, approachable and easy to chat with. Did not stand there awkwardly like some agents do, was confident. Understood my situation and wasn't ever judgemental or dismissive. In fact helped and encouraged me with the purchase. Probably would not have put an offer in if it weren't for him. So thanks, much appreciative. This agent was good. The agency was overall good compared to others. Though i had to reach out a couple of times to let them know I was a interested first home buyer and was serious about finding a property. I wanted to find an agent that was interested in me and my profile which would make things more personable, but I gathered it was an agency department run design. I eventually started receiving emails to properties of my interest from more than one agent from hockstuart chelsea. I think young people, who are new to the idea of purchasing their new home need a more personable approach. This forms a lot of trust. It was something I was trying to find. Learning new vocabulary, new definitions, new phenomenons and trying to understand the property market and the type of property they are looking for. You probably already have this in place. I just had contact with a few agencies and agents and it was a lot of different emails and phone calls. It at times was pretty overwhelming.
