Daniella Jones

My first dealings with Daniella Jones came from a cold call to neighbours after one of the houses in our tightly-held street came onto the market. We hadn't thought of selling at that stage but she was very pleasant over the phone so I listened to what she had to say. A few weeks later, my husband decided to retire and we made the decision to make a tree change after 17 years. We gave Daniella and Geoff from Belle Property Lindfield the opportunity to come and see our home and put their marketing plan to us. After interviewing two other agents, we chose Daniella and Geoff because of their genuine interest in getting the best price for us and willingness to listen. It was good to work with Daniella on the styling side of things as I had strong ideas on how I wanted the house to be presented and with her help, we were able to do a partial styling that made the house look welcoming. Geoff and Daniella went above and beyond the call of duty by loaning us the company truck and the services of not only themselves but their handyman as well, to move a lot of furniture and boxes into temporary storage for the duration of the sale of our home. Throughout the sales campaign, we had regular communication with Daniella and nothing was too much trouble for her. Even the cats thought she was fantastic! On the day of the auction, Daniella and Geoff were confident that we had strong bidders and in the end, we achieved a price that was above what we anticipated.
