All I can say about Danielle is WOW she has a heart of gold that helps you get through these bad times of selling your property in the down fall of the mining boom where owners are loosing lots of money from selling their properties she has been nothing but my rock. Danielle obtained a result far beyond my expectations, especially with the current market and I am grateful that she was my agent in a market which is obviously depressed. She encouraged me to hold out for a higher price against my better judgement and I found, to my relief (as I didn't want to lose the sale) and pleasure, that she was right! I need two things from an agent. Honesty Straight Talker I did miss at least one property from the same firm handled by another agent who after a brief conversation I did not trust. Dealing solely with Danielle who had limited access to those deals I may have missed out but happy after a six month search with my purchase. After several searches with most of the agents in town, when it comes to my next purchase I will not waste my time with other agents. Her assistant Mel deserves a mention.
