Danielle obtained a result far beyond my expectations, especially with the current market and I am grateful that she was my agent in a market which is obviously depressed. She encouraged me to hold out for a higher price against my better judgement and I found, to my relief (as I didn't want to lose the sale) and pleasure, that she was right! I need two things from an agent. Honesty Straight Talker I did miss at least one property from the same firm handled by another agent who after a brief conversation I did not trust. Dealing solely with Danielle who had limited access to those deals I may have missed out but happy after a six month search with my purchase. After several searches with most of the agents in town, when it comes to my next purchase I will not waste my time with other agents. Her assistant Mel deserves a mention.
