Danielle is an extremely polite, friendly and professional Real Estate Agent who has an understanding and honest approach. I explained the type of property I was looking to purchase and the price range. I advised Danielle I had not sold my property, to which Danielle immediately replied, it is best sell first before buying, this way, I may not have to reduce the price of my home to sell it quickly should I find and purchase another property beforehand. Of course, I chose to look for a property before selling. Regardless, Danielle went out of her way, without being intrusive and pushy to help me in my endeavours to find a suitable property. When I couldn't find a property in my chosen location, I advised Danielle I will be looking elsewhere. Of course, I found a property, unfortunately, the vendors would not sell the property subject to the sale of my own. I should have listened to Danielle's advise: sell before buying. I decided to telephoned a number of real estate agents to seek advice on commission quotes, however, I didn't feel comfortable or trusting with them as I did Danielle. I telephoned Danielle and mentioned one of the quotes (which was lower) from the other real estate agent, Danielle openly and honestly said she could not meet the quote and explained why. Regardless of the possibility of a cheaper commission, I signed with Danielle to sell my home. Danielle was a professional at all times with the ability to have a laugh and be friendly, always courteous and most of all, honest and not pushy. Danielle was just brilliant! We decided to sell our property in 16 Joan St. Sunshine West with a lot of hesitation as we didn't know how to go about the sell process. We were a family of 4 wanting to upsize from our old house in 16 Joan St with a very small kitchen, toilets but huge backyard.
