We decided to sell our property in 16 Joan St. Sunshine West with a lot of hesitation as we didn't know how to go about the sell process. We were a family of 4 wanting to upsize from our old house in 16 Joan St with a very small kitchen, toilets but huge backyard. Our 2 teenager kids were both dreaming of bringing friends and relatives to a more presentable home where they can have space and privacy as well.
