Weve been with Ray White Urban Springs for some 4 years or so after a nightmare experience with another well known, (high ranking), letting agent. In the time we have been with RWUS, we have had nothing but an excellent experience from the Property Management team who have been nothing but exceptional in their approach to us as owners and have dealt with our tenant in a professional and friendly manner. They have certainly changed our very negative and unpalatable view of letting agents based on previous dealings! Recently, we decided to sell the property and engaged with the Ray White U/S sales team. From the point of engagement, it was clear the team was totally aligned with the requirements needed from valuation to home open to final sale. Everything ran like a sewing machine! A special mention and recognition must go out to Danielle McCullough, who took the time to ensure we missed no communications and that we were totally informed at every step of the way. Nothing seemed too much trouble or out of her remit to find any answers to questions that we had. Her attention to customer service and customer experience was truly incredible and is an approach that is sadly missing these days in any industry! We had looked for investment property within the area that Danielle services for around 2 years, this is the reason I have no hesitation in writing this review. I have dealt with a lot of agents throughout the years as well as within Danielle's area, and I can without doubt say that there is no better agent out there. I had been to every open home, homes by private inspection and weekly auctions and would regularly have phone calls from Danielle to let me know of new properties that were on the market. We brought through Danielle her before during and after service is exceptional, and her local knowledge is outstanding. We list our rental portfolio also through Ray White Urban Springs and have nothing but praise for the entire team. As you can see by my review I highly recommend Danielle and Ray White Urban Springs

It was a pleasurable experience working with Daniell McCulloch during the recent purchace of our new property. She went above and beyond our expectations in the process. Nothing was too hard including arranging a walk through the properth via Facetime to allow my wife to do a second viewing of the property as my wife was unavailable to be in Perth to originally view the property. I would strongly recommend Danielle, Andrew and their team to any proepective sellers or purchases.
