When I first called about a property, Danni was so accomodating as to set up an inspection time for early the next morning (advertising had commenced only an hour prior !). The property was perfect for us so we made an offer. From that point on Danni kept us abreast of all other offers over the scheduled ‘open house’s on the following weekend. Her communication was always prompt and professional, and we felt that we were given honest information regarding other offers on the property. Negotiations were seamless, and settled at a fair price with the owner, largely due to Danni’s reasonable and relaxed nature. Our buying experience with Danni was extremely good. Danni was very upfront with the information that she provided. Even in this current market with multiple offers going in on homes for sale & properties are selling so quickly, I never felt that Danni was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Danni was extremely helpful during the buying process, but it was after the contract was accepted that Danni really excelled. Unfortunately I had quite a negative experience with a valuer, that was causing both sides of the sale problems. Danni at all times was available & easy to communicate with.
