Being based in Sydney while researching GC property, we spotted the property we finally secured and I called Danny to request an inspection. He was close to finalising a sale that afternoon but he kindly agreed to open it for me the next day for me to fly up and inspect. He not only went out of his way to secure an additional and last minute viewing, he spent almost 2 hours with me going through it and answering every one of my 100 questions.
