I George Bodill appointed Danny O'Donnell from Realty Blue,to sell my property at 12 Gaye Parade Miami. Danny O'Donnell actions were focused at all times to get the best outcome for me in relation to the property sale. His knowledge of the property in the Miami area on the Gold Coast as to market valuation was excellent. He advised me to the valuation of my property by not just telling me the estimated sale price it might attain but by taking me to see over 20 properties in Miami for me to become more informed about the current market valuation, Danny was very professional in assisting me to appoint a conveyancer, completing all the forms required under the law, arranging a pool inspection certificate and kept me informed on a continuous basis by SMS and email to to the progress of the sale. He was very professional in his negotiating skills and was able to get the buyer to agree to a price and arrange an early settlement. This saved me additional costs in regard to my mortgage and council repayments for the property of approximately $4,000 after my tenants had vacated the property. I also requested if possible for the final settlement to be arranged by 24th December 2015 due my other personal commitments.
