Once the property was listed, Danny provided weekly feedback reports following open house inspections via both email and WhatsApp. The email reports gave valuable insights into what potential buyers were thinking, while the WhatsApp updates were sent on the day and provided a quick summary of how each inspection went. He also communicated clearly whenever important decisions needed to be made. Despite challenging market conditions and rising interest rates, Danny was able to negotiate a strong sale price for us. He is professional and dependable, and I felt comfortable leaving the marketing and negotiation decisions in his hands.
