We sold our place on Abuklea Road, Eastwood through Danny Yap at Tracy Yap Realty and were really happy with how it all went. It wasn't an easy market to sell in as things had definitely slowed down, but Danny knew the area inside out and gave us honest, practical advice from the start. Communication was one of the things we appreciated most. Danny kept us in the loop after every open home and inspection, gave us straight feedback from buyers, and was always easy to get hold of when we had questions. No chasing required, which made a big difference. He handled the whole campaign really well and kept things moving, and ultimately got us to a result we were happy with.
