It was nerve wracking for me selling my home of over 30 years. Darcy understood my fears and needs and committed himself to meeting my needs as well as any proposed buyers. Darcy offered reassurance whilst maintaining professionalism. I experienced a fabulous outcome and am very happy to be moving to my next forever home.
Right from the start Darcy explained clearly and professionally the state of the market, who we were targeting and the best approach to achieve the required result. When feedback from potential buyers was given he clearly explained the positive and negatives and adjusted our approach to more suit the market. Achieved the required result and at the same time kept both buyer and seller satisfied.
Darcy, was very atentative and informative the whole time, he gave advice when required and also listened to us when ever we had concerns, he made our whole experience a lot easier to go through, we recommend to anyone wanting to sell to meet and have a chat before making a decision on who will seek your home.
Darcy, is easy going and friendly. He was in communication with us often in relation to property!
Constant communication and we were constantly updated with potential buyers thoughts and price. Extremely happy and Darcy did not mess around, selling our place in 6 days. He knew the market well !
