After a harrowing 9+mths with one Real Estate Agency, we were lucky enough to meet Darcy at an open house he was showing. After telling Darcy about our situation he called me and made an appointment the same day to come and look at our property. Darcy and Anthony came and after viewing our property gave us an outstanding outline of what they could do for us. We signed with them on the Tuesday and had people through on Thursday, Friday and an open house Saturday. By Monday we had three offers and after some negotiations had a Purchaser that week.
