After attending open inspections for 3 months by myself, Darrell helped me to find my first property within a week. Darrell has a thorough knowledge of the local area and housing types. He was on time for every meeting and always promptly reponded to emails and text messages. He went above and beyond to assist with specifics of this purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - he clearly has a passion for his job and gets results.

From start to finish Darrell was the quintessential professional. Selling a house with young tenants is not so easy as they were not keen about open houses or extra cleaning (though no one is really). Darrell spent a lot of time with them explaining the process including the open houses and the auction and assuring them he would make sure it caused minimal disruption. He even managed a spot of cleaning and rearranging to make our marketing photos look their best. He is a genuine guy and he really cares and looks after both the buyers and the sellers. I first contacted Darrell via a property he had listed, up front he told me that a contract was submitted and pending acceptance with the seller, this property became unavailable. We spoke as to what I was looking for and where, after a week or so he came back with another property that we negotiated on and subsequently settled 30 days after.
