From start to finish Darrell was the quintessential professional. Selling a house with young tenants is not so easy as they were not keen about open houses or extra cleaning (though no one is really). Darrell spent a lot of time with them explaining the process including the open houses and the auction and assuring them he would make sure it caused minimal disruption. He even managed a spot of cleaning and rearranging to make our marketing photos look their best. He is a genuine guy and he really cares and looks after both the buyers and the sellers. I would recommend him in a heart beat. On top of all that he got us a fabulous price for our house. We couldn't be happier.

We purchased a home through Darrell and he was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process, from first inspections to settlement. He seems to be an experienced agent who knows the area well, and who is also honest and respectful to all parties involved (difficult to find these days!). He communicated very well and made sure that the process was smooth for both ourselves and the sellers, and went out of his way to help organise extra inspections and answer any questions we had. I first contacted Darrell via a property he had listed, up front he told me that a contract was submitted and pending acceptance with the seller, this property became unavailable. We spoke as to what I was looking for and where, after a week or so he came back with another property that we negotiated on and subsequently settled 30 days after. I purchased this property recently from Darrell , who I found to be very trustworthy and upfront about the property, his candour put me at ease straight away and it made the decision of buying this property much easier. The above title is cheesy but completely true. We had a fantastic experience working with Darrell. He was astute, considerate of our situation, commercially minded and his response times were lightning fast. We'd like to highlight again his response times. Never have we seen someone so quick and clear in their replies to our emails. Being internationally based, we weren't there to manage the sale as closely as we would have liked, but it quickly became apparent that we didn't need to be there physically. Darrell handled everything. He provided us with a simple overview of what he would do, in what order and when. We were left feeling relaxed, and quickly trusted Darrell to handle all relevant engagements. Everything was expertly organised - from repairs pre-sale, our sale approach, the inspections, the negotiation with the buyer, and following up with the solicitors.
