Had a great experience buying through Darrell. Even in the current sellers' market he still kept in touch with us regarding upcoming opportunities (even though there would have been hundreds of buyers at the opens and he didn't need to) and we eventually went to auction on a home that he had let us know about. He was very respectful of the sellers requirements and got a great outcome for both parties. I will definitely be in touch should we ever need to buy or sell again!

Very knowledgeable of the property and responds in a timely manner consistently

First Class experience and proven best value. A rare combination. Darrell Plumridge was the consummate professional. Highly recommended! Excellent office facilities make a difference.

Darrell was close to perfect! He is straightforward and friendly and clearly knows all about real estate in the area. And he went beyond the line of duty in assisting me with small concerns I had.

For something as important as buying or selling a property, the biggest challenge is to find someone who not only can you trust but who will genuinely go the extra mile for you. Darrell is your guy. I won't use anyone else in Brisbane.

From start to finish Darrell was the quintessential professional. Selling a house with young tenants is not so easy as they were not keen about open houses or extra cleaning (though no one is really). Darrell spent a lot of time with them explaining the process including the open houses and the auction and assuring them he would make sure it caused minimal disruption. He even managed a spot of cleaning and rearranging to make our marketing photos look their best. He is a genuine guy and he really cares and looks after both the buyers and the sellers. I would recommend him in a heart beat. On top of all that he got us a fabulous price for our house. We couldn't be happier.

Darrell has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish of our property buying process. Honest, helpful, friendly, professional and always quick to respond to our queries and provide regular updates along the way. Darrell definitely deserves a 5 star service rating!

We purchased a home through Darrell and he was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process, from first inspections to settlement. He seems to be an experienced agent who knows the area well, and who is also honest and respectful to all parties involved (difficult to find these days!). He communicated very well and made sure that the process was smooth for both ourselves and the sellers, and went out of his way to help organise extra inspections and answer any questions we had. Darrell clearly also cared about his sellers and did all he could to get the best outcome for both parties. I would definitely recommend him as a great agent.

Darrell has been amazing! He has gone above and beyond and has a wealth of knowledge about the market. He has offered me advice and tips that helped me secure my purchase. He was quick to respond if I had any questions and helped me with anything I asked (and I asked a lot of questions). I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy or sell to go through him as you will not be disappointed. I know I will be recommending my family and friends to contact him!

I first contacted Darrell via a property he had listed, up front he told me that a contract was submitted and pending acceptance with the seller, this property became unavailable. We spoke as to what I was looking for and where, after a week or so he came back with another property that we negotiated on and subsequently settled 30 days after. This property was brought via video inspection and I can only comment on how honest and professional Darrel was. Thank you very much and all the best PS will be in contact for the next one

I contacted LJ Hooker Coorparoo to see if I could purchase the unit I was renting for the past few years. They put me in contact with Darrell and from the first phone call he was very easy to talk to and was extremely helpful. He worked late to accommodate my work commitments and it was never an issue for him. I would recommend him to anyone buying in the area. Thanks again Darrell.

I purchased this property recently from Darrell , who I found to be very trustworthy and upfront about the property, his candour put me at ease straight away and it made the decision of buying this property much easier. From inspections to negotiating to writing out the contract Darrell took the time to step through every process bit by bit, his communication skills are also on point and extremely efficient, any question I asked he answered in a a short space of time, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Darrell to any buyer or seller as I got the feeling he would treat everyone like they are his one and only customer. Thank you Darrell
