We purchased a property through Darrell just this week which had a lot of interest. It was initially for auction but we negotiated a successful offer prior to the auction. Darrell was friendly and honest in all our dealings with him. He presented well at the open homes we attended. I overheard him dealing with other potential buyers at the open homes, many young and inexperienced, and he was very good with them too. He was patient when giving us extra time to view the property and in answering questions, and always responded to our many messages and calls quickly. He always treated us respectfully, which, as purchasers, we did NOT experience with all other agents we met during our property search.
