Darrell was fair in his appraisal of the home, we did discuss market values which i think is helpful if you are truly trying to sell your property "setting a realistic value" he did not embellish the house value to get the agent agreement. We discussed figures and agreed on a marketing strategy, the house was only on the market 4 days and we had an offer above asking price. Darrell got to work negotiating with the buyer and managed to keep all parties on board so the deal was done. I think it was a good result all around.
