During my dealings with Darren Cosgrove, I have to say that he was focussed, efficient, persistent and followed through in all areas. There were some original hiccups with the property we purchased in relation to the Building Report, but Darren worked tirelessly with the owner to have the issues resolved prior to settlement which went through smoothly in the end. A bit disappointed when keys were handed over as he was on a phone call. We said we'd wait however he just gave the keys to the receptionist to hand to us with a wave.
