As first time buyers, this whole experience was very daunting. We had been to many viewings, over many weekends, searching for the right home for the family. When we went to visit our eventual new home, we were greeted by Chris, who was polite, friendly and welcoming on first interaction, not pushy or 'bored' as per some of our previous experiences at viewings. He interacted with us throughout the property, and took the time to get to know us and be approachable to ask questions.
