He was a great communicator throughout our whole process, from first inspection to settlement date. It's refreshing to engage with an agent who shows a great deal of care and empathy for the buyers. We felt supported so well throughout. Prompt when needed and patient when life gets in the way. We recommend Chris to sellers who want confidence in the person representing them and for buyers who want an expert on the area who will give their best to get you in the home you're after.

At no time were we pressured into listing; as Julie said, “It’s a process” and not once did she attempt to influence our timeline. So, from day one, Julie worked with us; not just to obtain the listing. Our sale came quickly and it was then that Julie’s consideration for us as vendors and her considerable skills as a negotiator saw her guide the potential buyers to the best offer she could obtain, rather than to steer us towards the first acceptable offer.
