Darren went above and beyond to help me navigate an extremely successful sale of my property. His advice and guidance was invaluable.

Darren has advised me to sell my property at an extremely inappropriate time. If I waited only 3 months more the price would have been so much better. Sadly, he advised me to use one of his conveyancers who has been an absolute nightmare: Victorian Property Settlements. Do yourself a hug service and NEVER use VPS. VPS ended up overcharging me with over $3,500 and it was all in final invoice processed electronically! Darren is a true gentleman. He is charming, with lots of knowledge, does call back, makes good fun chats, but the reality is just so unprofessional. I didn't feel his support at all although he got a HUGE amount of money.
