SALES TECHNIQUE. When first discussing with Darren our intention to put our house on the market, I asked him a series of pertinent questions to illicit his knowledge in the art of selling. We live on the Gold Coast & had rental property in Derrimut for approx 8-9 years which in hindsight was being very poorly managed by another RE Agent!
