Darren Latty has been the licence and owner of his own Real Estate Business since the age of 22.
One of his greatest joys is helping to mentor and coach staff members to become the best agent they can. Many of Darren’s past and present employees have grown in to highly successful, multi award winning agents, business owners & outstanding members of their communities.
Currently Darren has a real passion for Project Marketing. He is widely regarded as the industry specialist for development property, working closely with developers from site acquisition right through to the handover of a new building. Most of the recent building activity in & around Penrith City has been created through Darren’s efforts. He can be seen every Tuesday on building sites all over the region, on his weekly site visits helping builders and developers to provide the best product they can.
