We just recently bought a house via Darren, and the following is the reason I said - Great, Trustable and Accountable. We contacted Darren for the interest in the house while the other purchaser was almost close to exchange contract. We expressed our interest and requested Darren to update us the latest progress. Darren did updated us everyday for the progress and assisted us to obtain the agreement from Vendor while the other purchaser could not finish the deal as promised. Darren worked with Vendor to allow us necessary time to complete due diligence and to obtain bank former approval.
