Darren and Lisa first impressed us when they sold the house across the road about 6 months earlier. At the time, we weren't even thinking about selling - but knew that we'd use them if/when we ever did. Things developed quickly - and 4 months later, our house was on the market! Daren and Lisa certainly delivered everything we were expecting of them. They are extremely diligent, communicative - and most importantly from our point of view (first-time sellers), were straight shooters (no over-promising, no "conditioning", etc).
