Darren has been the most easy going, kind and knowledgeable person that I have dealt with whilst purchasing my home. Before I had met Darren I had gone to over 10 open houses with all agents not asking personal questions - trying to sell the home on offer rather than asking what I am a first home owner needed. On my umpteenth attempt at an open house and after several frustrating experiences Darren asked me to explain what I needed in a home and immediately recommended a home to me, and needless to say 2 months later I had purchased it. While I did not get the price I was originally after , Darren kept me informed at all times of the different strategies he was using There was a lot of stock on the market and my house needed a lot of work , Darren knew I lost my tenant and therefore losing rent , he put in a big effort to get the house sold in a timely manor
It is our sincere belief that without Darren's persistence and consistent communication with both the buyer and ourselves thta the sale of our unit may well have fallen through. There were a number of issues that arose in the period between an offer being made and accepted and the subsequent settlement of the sale that were handled in a professional manner which took the angst out of the matters.
