Selling our house with Darren was a really great experience from start to finish. From the first meeting it was very clear he knew the area well. He didn’t just throw out a price to win us over, he actually came prepared with recent sales data from the area and walked us through what was realistic and why. Darren is also just a really easygoing, friendly person to deal with. Communication was straightforward and relaxed, and he was always happy to answer questions. As first time sellers we had plenty of them, and he never made us feel like we were asking silly things, he took the time to explain everything so we understood what was happening at each step. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible and understanding he was with our situation. We had a 2 month old baby at the time of selling, so trying to clean up the place for inspections we thought was going to be a hassle, but Darren was always accommodating with inspection times and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. His market knowledge, preparation, and professionalism really stood out, and when it came time to negotiate he handled everything confidently and kept us well informed. On top of that, his fees were very competitive which was another big plus for us. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our first home.
