My, first contact with Darren was the result of a letter received from him on behalf of a Couple wishing to purchase a Home in the area. Darren came to meet with me , he produced a very detailed report on my property and I was very impressed with the detail provided , given he met with me only a few hours after I contacted him. After meeting with Darren I also contacted two other Agents , just to get a feel for their perspective on the property, neither was as prepared as Darren. The most important factor in my decision to have Darren handle the sale , was the fact that he did not keep calling me, I find this quite annoying. Once the decision was made I found the communication channel with Darren was excellent, he kept me fully informed at each step. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Darren to any of my friends who may be thinking of putting their property on the market.

Darren gave us a property evaluation on the first meeting day . At the end was was spot on. Dealing with potential buyers who would consistently go back on their word ,Darren stayed positive until property was sold. Giving us the good news and then had to disappoint us with potential buyers pulling out,tested his communication skills and negotiating skills to a high level. Darren always kept us up to date with every step .

Darren has been an absolute professional in every sense of the word ..regard the sale of my home at 1A Narrabeen Close Mardi NSW.. with his fantastic deameaour..and excellent knowledge and experience he brought to the eventual sale of my house.. He is an absolute credit firstly to himself .. his real estate company and to the Real Estate industry as a whole.. Darren is the best agent I have ever deal with... 10 our of 10.. ✅..

We did things kind of back to front. We found our second house, and bought it, then sold our first house. While I wouldn't recommend this order of things I would recommend Darren if it's either important or urgent - and if it's both, well I don't believe you could trust anyone else. I stress to the point of being crook when having to deal with real estate agents, their lies, false compliments, their willingness to say anything to trick you into believing them. Darren, I reckon, is probably about the last of his kind. After buying and selling through him, and all that goes with each, I like him and trust him. I would not write a review about any other agent I've met on the coast. Darren is straight up. Good news or bad it's delivered with empathy and integrity. It was a very good choice for us a he worked very hard to market the property and was constantly updating us on all matters regarding the sale and done an excellent job in realising the sale price we nominated at the start of the selling period and within a surprising short period of time to our delight, his professional approach to all details between ourselves and the buyer left nothing to be desired ,we can only thank Darren for a job excellently done again THANK YOU DARREN.
