When we first meet Jason from the get go he was calm and honest. He wasn’t there to make a dollar for himself. He was there to help us achieve the best possible outcome come for the place we called home for so long. During the process at times becomes very stressful, you start questioning decisions. After all, this is your castle you’re trying to sell. Jason always had our back! He was on the phone and in person guiding us through each step. His knowledge of the process, how buyers “play the game” and how sellers we want top dollar. I felt at ease knowing Jason was looking after the negotiation process and always giving us his advice. I would highly recommend Jason for anybody considering selling / buying a home.
