My house was advertised Thursday evening, the first open for home was Saturday and I had two parties making offers by Monday night, with one offer being accepted Tuesday morning (for the sale price Darren estimated and the amount I wanted). Darren worked well into the night Saturday, Sunday and Monday to close the sale and you could tell he has a real passion for sales.
