I was happy with his introduction to the house and area where the house located. The way he make negotiation is very professional and fast. As foreigner his English is little fast to me so I had asked him to talk slower then I could catch up to him. I felt confidence and trust to him and It is the reason why I signed this contract very fast with the hope that it is good house to my family.

Darren worked very hard in difficult market conditions to generate interest in the property. Given the area was relatively new and the house is a one off it was quite hard for Darren to judge the market price for the property. Not sure the $ + concept worked in that it basically gave away your bottom line acceptance figure, having said that we got that figure without any haggling.

Overall a good experience. Alot more difficult than NSW purchases though. Darren was great and very accomodating.
