I didn’t get the price I excepted to get because of the market but if the market was going good I know for a fact Darrin and his staff would have got me the price I wanted. Had to sell ASAP due to family reasons.

We don't sell houses daily, thankfully, however, it is evident from the experience with Community First, that they do. Given that it is currently a hard market to sell, Community First from the start had open houses every weekend for the complete time the house available was on the market. They were also available for inspections independent to the open house. Brought their own photographer to professionally shoot and show many photos of the house to provide great detail of what was available, making the listing attractive and open houses worthwhile. I was pretty impressed with their professionalism and dedication in getting the house sold, and at a suitable price. Weekly reports to update the position and offers on the house, as well as having made the house available at different times to be available for different people to view certainly also helped. Other houses on the market before mine, are still on the market. I did speak with other agencies prior to dealing with Community First, and should I sell again, I would certainly make Community First my first choice. Darrin and his team have been good to our family ,we’ve been able to sell two properties with them also bought a property through them.Darrin will always have the time to advice and assist in any area of the sales where and when we were having problems,we had a problem of changing the carpet of one of the rooms to the house we sold last he went as meeting up with the builder of the house built six years ago and got the carpet out of the one they used to build the house....amazing!!Without this help it would have made us to change the carpet for the whole house!!He saved us a lot and this is just typical of how he can go all the way out for his clients to save you from unnecessary spending.Its been great dealing with this amazing team!!
