We don't sell houses daily, thankfully, however, it is evident from the experience with Community First, that they do. Given that it is currently a hard market to sell, Community First from the start had open houses every weekend for the complete time the house available was on the market. They were also available for inspections independent to the open house. Brought their own photographer to professionally shoot and show many photos of the house to provide great detail of what was available, making the listing attractive and open houses worthwhile. I was pretty impressed with their professionalism and dedication in getting the house sold, and at a suitable price. Weekly reports to update the position and offers on the house, as well as having made the house available at different times to be available for different people to view certainly also helped. Other houses on the market before mine, are still on the market. I did speak with other agencies prior to dealing with Community First, and should I sell again, I would certainly make Community First my first choice.
