Darryl is a tenacious agent - he first spoke to us about selling our property some 11 years ago and has kept in touch periodically until now, when the time had arrived for us to downsize. In what we perceived as a falling market (maybe because the media want us to believe that) the marketing advice provided and then implemented after we agreed to the costs involved meant a lot of work for Darryl and his team with open houses three times a week for just on 5 weeks. This lead to a successful sale slightly above our reserve price for a figure we were very happy with.
We engaged Darryl upon the purchase of a property in Mt Waverley as we had a seamless experience with that transaction. I'm very comfotable in recommending Darryl and his team to my friends and family and would use him again in the future.
Daryl was very professional , understanding and honest . 👍🏼👍🏼I would recommend him highly . He gets the job done and doesn’t give up on you . That’s want you want to put your trust into 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Thank you Daryl 😊😊
Great agent. He responded very quickly and gave me some advice about the neighborhood where I want to buy a house.
Darryl Wickham provided very wise advice to us in the sale of our home of 43 years. It was a difficult time for us having decided to downsize and he led us confidently through the whole process. There were many issues we faced including a supposedly weaker market and the age of our home but Darryl crafted a very careful marketing campaign that resulted in a far larger number of groups inspecting our property than normal. The heavy rain on the auction day and the huge auction market on the day we chose to auction the house did not deter the buyers and seven groups became involved in the bidding. The skillful auctioneer, Damien Moore, did not need to place a vendor bid, nor did he come to speak to us during a lull in the bidding. The house sold for $150000 more than our reserve price and we recognize that the success of the sale was due to the way Darryl had prepared the potential buyers. We were delighted with the outcome and thank Darryl for his most professional management of the sale.
Very helpful ! And give us a very good & fast information!
I recommend Daryl wickham to any person who is looking for a agent in helping to sell there property
Ray Whyte a great auction .And Edwin he was the best .
Darryl was chosen on recommendation from a close friend who was pleased with the sale of her mothers home thru his services. I found Darryl to be dilligent, informed and attentive to the specifics needed to sell the property. Both Darryl and Grace were genuine with their communication, empathetic to our family situation and I am very pleased with the overall result. Thank you Darryl.. I have no hesitation to recommend Darryl to all who enquire. Kind Regards Maree L
Hector & Noemi Relva. Darryl Wickham and members of his team that assisted with their language skills have done an excellent job in the selling of our house. We new that selling the home where we brought up our three kids and lived in it for the last 32 years, would be a stressing task . . . and so it was. Unfortunately the selling work started too close of Xmas, it was difficult to predict what the market would be after New Year / January and it was difficult to determine the correct selling price. It was then that we had the first auction and left go an offer that, we would know later was a terrible mistake. Together with Darryl we discuss the way we would attack the second auction which took place late February and was a total disaster. Darryl didn't gave up and neither did us, we worked out a plan for the weeks to come and FINALLY the house was sold . . . although we had to accept a selling price lower than we had expected. It was a long almost four months process and we coped the best we could, but have to say that ALWAYS was Darryl on the phone keeping us up to speed of his activities and planning, coming to our new home at any time of the evening full of information and support and that was very comforting as Darryl showed not only his professionalism, but also his human side, and that is fundamental to inspire the vendor trust on the people is dealing with. When we had a couple of offers Darryl set his Operations Command in our living room and we were able to witness him operating over the phone with his colleague in the other end and dealing with the people that made their offers. Darryl negotiated and got the final price to a very acceptable price, no the one we expected, but a price that we were happy to take. These negotiations went on until almost 9:00 pm that night and then he drove from our home (in the extreme of SEastern of Melbourne), to the location of the buyer (in the extreme of West Melbourne) just TO MAKE SURE that he would get that sel
