11 out of 10. Daryl was at Dandenong high school so we trust people we know. He sold my parents house in 1999or 2000? He was helpful and patient with the problems we had with the obtaining the compliance certificate. Always answered any questions with knowledge and I believe got a great price by basically auctioning the property off that day on his phone.
