When We first met Dave, we had already met with some other agents. One of the agents was very negative towards my property and the other was overly positive. What I liked about Dave was that he came in and gave me a list of things that he believed we should do prior to listing the property in order to maximise our sale price. The list was wasn't huge but he knew it would be a few months until we were ready to list. I appreciated the honesty of that approach rather than just pushing us to sign up for sale there and then. He stayed in constant contact, always answered my calls/questions and gave us honest feedback from the people that came through. We couldn't reccomend Dave enough!!
