Dave was really pleasant to deal with, he has a happy personality which made our purchase so much easier. We inspected the first house with Dave & indicated that it wasn't suitable for our needs. He didn't pursue that property any further. On the same day we inspected another property with him & later that afternoon began negotiations & agreed on a purchase price. Because this property had only just come on the market a few days earlier, we knew that there would be little room to move with the price.
