David was willing to work with our Vendors Advocate. He was happy to give us a program that he followed. He and Katherine managed all the Open for inspections etc, our stylist coming and going. they were both professional and friendly, completely genuine. In particular the last week, phone calls after the auction and negotiating with interested parties to get the sale. Using our VA to do most of the discussions and working for 3 days straight getting the result we did. This definitely took stress of us. The end result was pleasing for us and we are very happy with how the whole process occured.
