Dave Harrison

We decided to sell a property, which had some sentimentality attached to it. We only went to one agent, Dave Harrison, as he manages a rental property we have very well and we knew he was honest, reliable and professional. Dave gave us advice, and listened to our thoughts and ideas, and the sale price we wanted to achieve. Dave had a particular market strategy idea in place and it worked! Dave knew we didn't want people at the property other than the home open day as it was rented out and was happy to work with this restriction. Dave advised the first callers of only showing the property on the open day... and we had 17 interested parties at the first home open! That was the only home open we needed to have as the property sold the next day! It was on the market for only 5 days! The professionalism, and care that Dave showed, not only to us as the seller, but to the buyer was over and above what could be expected. We believe that Dave is simply the best agent that we have dealt with both in regards to selling a property or property management.
