Dave sold my investment property
Dave had a very strong knowledge of the local area, and could easily compare similar properties to mine within the area. His estimate of the final selling price was accurate. Our original communications about selling the property were handled professionally and effectively. He acted very quickly to get the property advertised and inspected.
