Our original communications about selling the property were handled professionally and effectively. He acted very quickly to get the property advertised and inspected. David says all the right things but once you have signed little else happens not just from him but his rental team as well, I had to ring on several occasions & ask questions about when the tenants were moving out, how much rent they were paying, how that was being paid, when it was paid, would you like my bank details etc etc Did not tell tenants they had 60 days to vacate when he knew from start I was moving in He could have assisted me with knowledge about vacant possession he didn’t assist me as buyer to facilitate this, just advised me you have to give tenants 60 days & then failed to do so As a buyer I felt he was just after the sale & no after sales service
