Dave was very polite through out my experience of purchasing a property. His team were very helpful however with Dave I found there was a lack of communication and guidance. My experience purchasing a property through him left me feeling as though my business was not valued.
What can I Say… This has been the longest journey in realestate I think Dave, myself and everyone involved has ever seen! Dave has been faced with adversity after adversity with toppling of buyers from no fault of his own! But for every toppled buyer, he has had another in the wings ready to go! Dave has been a blessing to us on this journey, especially since our move was interstate and with COVID, getting back has been impossible! Dave has gone above and beyond with extra advice in regards to selling our house, and the process of buying a new house. Like most people I'm a busy person, on top of that the sale of my property was a very emotional one due to a recent personal tragedy, so I was looking for a simple, no fuss solution that required the least possible involvement from myself.
