David sold the house next door and got a really great price, and after meeting 7 other Agents in Coffs he was definitely our pick. He was great for us as he got us a great result, we was very calm in a minor roadblock that came, and his communication style suited us perfectly. He had over 60 people at the only open house we needed, and we had multiple offers.
