Because we live overseas there was an added level of complexity to the sale in terms of managing access and communications but David made it all very easy and we were completely happy with the result. Thanks David!
David conducted himself very professionally during our purchase. Offered good guidance and support which was gratefully appreciated Thank you Regards Richard Murdoch
Thank you to Dave for selling our property, loved how you always kept us in the loop of what was happening with your easy going yet professional attitude. We wouldn't hesitate recomending you to anyone buying or selling their property and would definately use you again.
David was very easy to work with. He was professional and answered all our questions. He was knowledgeable and kept us informed as the sale progressed.
We are so glad we found David to handle the sale of our first property. He is very down to earth, kept us informed the whole time and gave us clear and realistic expectations which proved to be accurate. David is a great communicator and was able to get a result for us that we are more than happy with. Thanks David!
We both purchased and sold through David. We received prompt reliable advice and service. His guidance was both sensible and smart. Thank you.
For a first home buyer (like myself) David was awesome to work with would highly recommend!!!
We have sold twice now using David as our agent. We wouldn't use anyone else in Coffs Harbour. David is honest and follows up. He kept us informed throughout both sales. Thanks David.
David was such a great guy, very approachable, very helpful throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend David to anyone.
I can happily say that David was an absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of my property . David was always on the ball and he's professionalism was second to none. I Iook forward working with David again .
I have engaged David's services twice in the last 12 months once on behalf of myself and once on behalf of a family member. We found David's customer service to be exceptional. W always knew that if we could not get on to him straight away that he would be in touch shortly after. We found David to be honest and authentic at all times with his recommendations and dealings with us as a vendor and on both occasions delivered exactly what he promised.
