I just recently brought a unit from David in Cremorne for a client which was stress-free and even enjoyable ( if I can say that as a buyers agent). David is easy to deal with, my client was last brought 34 years ago so she was a little nervous - David went out of his way to be flexible in arranging inspections and following up with additional information that we required. At no time did he "create" additional pressure, nor tell me how to do MY job, so in short, I DO look forward to working with David in the future - vendors can be safe in the fact that he has his clients ( and not his own) best interests at heart.
