David is an engaged and communicative agent who we trusted with the sale of our townhouse and were not disappointed. He achieved an amazing sales result in line with his initial feedback. We would have no hesitation in recommending David for anyone looking to sell their home.

We bought a house through Dave. He was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive through the sales process.

David was professional, super responsive and transparent about the sale process - something which is very important for me as an offshore seller. He has a great understanding of the local market. He kept me up to date with regular calls and messages, and was able to suggest practical advice for me. I highly recommend David!

It has definitely been a great pleasure to work with David! David has demonstrated his professionalism and outstanding customer service skills throughout the process. He was very responsive and helpful, provided us with a comprehensive view of the current market. We are very happy with the services David provided, a star agent!

This is the third time we’ve bought or sold from David and he has knocked it out of the park each time! This time he scoured the market to find us a suitable home for our parents to downsize to when there was absolutely nothing suitable on the market. He got us just what we were after and managed to keep it in our price range. David helped smooth through an unusual sale, followed up lawyers and kept us updated throughout. He worked tirelessly to get results for all parties and to deliver what he promises. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to buy or sell your home!

David was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge from both a sales and rental perspective inspired confidence to execute in a relatively hot market.

David first dropped by to introduce himself to the neighbourhood some years back and when it came time to sell I was reminded to try to find the nice fellow who had spent time talking to me about my house. Why go looking for a different agent when one had already made the effort with a personal visit and follow up contact? As it happened I found he had recently dropped another note in the mail so we called him. That was early last year just when COVID hit so we delayed. This year we decided to push on, even in a second lockdown. The 2021 lockdown meant David had to spend more time in our home with the many appointments instead of open inspections and so he got a good feel for what we had to sell. David has been a real pleasure to work with, he has been responsive and thoughtful throughout the years it took him to land the role as my agent and the same applied all through the sales campaign. Well done to David for a great result for all of us.

David Benjafield from Belle Property did an outstanding job in selling our property in Naremburn. He worked with us closely on the property's presentation, gave us invaluable advice and made the whole selling process as painless as possible. As a result, the property sold incredibly quickly and yielded a result that was very fair for both us as vendors and the new owners. We can absolutely recommend David and his knowledge and expertise in Naremburn.

David is extremely knowledgeable of the local market and has a friendly, easy manner, and a great way of engaging with clients and working with them through all steps of the process. He’s a trusted adviser and true professional and worked diligently and seamlessly on achieving a great result! Would highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell or purchase in the area.
