David Benjafield has excellent local knowledge of the lower North Shore market and was able to put together an option purchase deal that benefitted a line of neighbours in Naremburn. He worked to ensure the option holders access to properties was well managed and that the vendors were all kept well informed and to assist in facilitating arrangements to adjust to each Vendor's circumstances as the option was exercised.
